For wedding stationers

The invitation is yours. Now so is the RSVP.

Kindlyby gives each couple a dashboard for monitoring RSVPs, carrying your studio's name. Each party they invite receives a personalized RSVP portal — typeset to the suite you designed — where they can RSVP digitally. A better experience for your couples. A new revenue stream for your studio. We stay invisible.

No charge from us for your first clients.

What we're building

Send the invitation. Receive the guest list.

The invitation you mail and the guest list your couple plans from become one thing. A guest answers on their phone and the reply lands in the dashboard that moment — names, headcount, dietary notes — complete and current, with nothing to re-type. Paper goes out; a finished guest list comes back.

01

A QR code on the reply card

A QR code printed on the RSVP card — your card, your paper, your type — takes guests straight to their reply. Nothing about your process changes; the card just gains a faster way to answer.

02

A personalized portal for every party

Each party lands on a page made for them: names already filled in, only the events they're invited to, a reply that takes a minute on a phone. Styled to match the stationery you designed — the same palette, the same type.

03

A dashboard under your logo

Your couple watches replies arrive and collects what a card can't hold — dietary requirements, song requests, a plus-one's name — all with your logo at the top.

Whitelabeled, entirely.

It's yours to name, to price, and to offer — as a line item in the suite or a service of its own. Couples never hear of us.

Design partners

We'd like to build the first version with you.

We want to sit with you, learn how an order actually moves through your shop and what your couples actually ask for, and build the tool around that. Right now we are focused on one thing: an excellent first version.

What we're asking

How your business works and what your couples ask for, an occasional hour of conversation while we build, and a first couple or two to try it with when it's ready.

What you get

Kindlyby for your first clients at no cost from us, a first version shaped around how your studio works, and first say in what we build next.

From first call to your first couple

01

A first call

We spend time learning how your business works, why you feel Kindlyby might be useful to you and your clients, and what exactly you would need to integrate it into your production process.

02

Plan and build

We document a plan to get to a first working version that both sides feel is strong enough to offer clients. We check in with progress and the occasional question.

03

Your first couple

Your initial clients start collecting RSVPs through the app. We stay completely available — fixing problems and integrating feedback — so their experience is deserving of the brand you've built.

Become a design partner

A short note about your studio is all it takes. We'll reply with a time to talk — and you'll see the first version before anyone else.

What's next

Ideas we'd rather ask you about than guess at.

These are on our list. None of them gets built until studios tell us they'd matter to their couples — which is exactly what we want design partners for.

Idea

A wedding website that matches the suite

A simple builder for your couples to record the details — schedule, travel, registry — styled to the stationery you designed for them, so the website and the invitation read as one.

Would your couples want this from you?

Idea

One-click communications

Email or text every invited guest about an event — the welcome drinks moved, the shuttle leaves at four — from the same dashboard, in one click.

Would your couples use this?

Idea

Automatic follow-ups

A gentle, well-written email to the households who haven't replied as the date nears — sent automatically, so nobody has to chase.

Would this spare your couples a chore?

About us

Two people, one obsession with getting the details right.

[A short paragraph on why the two of you are building this — what you saw in the wedding-stationery world that made the RSVP the thing to fix, and how long you've been building guest-management software together.]
